1. Students must attend the requisite percentage of attendance i.e., 75% without which she will not be allowed to appear in the End Semester examination.
2. There shall be 3(Three) Sessional Tests in every semester for 20 marks and one End Semester Exam of 80 marks in each paper. The average of best of two from the three Sessional Marks shall be added in the marks of End Semester Exam (Dec/May).
3. The Sessional Tests shall be conducted every month on a date to be notified by the academic in-charge of the College.
4. A student during each semester has to appear in 3 (Three) sessional tests mandatorily in each paper and pass the test securing at least 40% (i.e. 08 Marks out of 20 marks). Otherwise she shall not be qualified to fill up the End Semester examination form.
5. A student has to clear at least 50% of the total paper to be promoted to next higher semester.
6. Such students promoted to higher Semester shall have to clear their back papers by appearing in the relevant End Semester examinations conducted in the subsequent year. She has to fill-up Examination forms for the back paper when conducted for the relevant Semester.
7. A student must pass all 6(Six) Semester courses within five years from the year of Registration.
8. The marks obtained in the Semester exams shall be carried over while declaring the final result of the Degree Course.
9. The result of the Sixth Semester shall be kept withheld till the back papers are cleared by the student within five years tenure of Registration.
10. A student shall be allowed to take improvement examination in any four theory papers of any semester. No improvement shall be allowed in the practical examinations.
11. There shall be no provision of Re-evaluation of answer scripts of End Semester examination. However, a candidate can apply only for Re-scrutiny of marks secured.
