STIPEND & BOOK GRANT

DISBURSMENT PROCEDURE

  • 1. All ASPT students are entitled to receive Stipend subject to the scrutiny of their monthly attendance by the Attendance Monitoring Cell of the Directorate of Higher & Technical Education, Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh.
  • 2. Disbursement of stipend will be subject to regular attendance in the college. At least 75% classes must be attended in every month so as to get stipend for the month.
  • 3. Stipend amount will be credited only in the AADHAR seeded bank account of the student. Therefore, students should compulsorily open their personal Bank Account in State Bank of India.
  • 4. In order to avail Stipend and Book grant the student are required to make online registration in National Scholarship Portal and submit the downloaded registration form along with photocopy of following documents to the college for college level verification.
  • a) Admission Money Receipt
  • b) Last exam passed mark sheet
  • c) ST certificate
  • d) Identity Card &
  • e) SBI Bank account number (photo copy of the bank passbook containing the bank details of the student)
