GRIEVANCES AND REDRESSAL CELL

This Cell is constituted to look into the complaints/grievances lodged by any students of the Binni Yanga Govt.Women’s College and to judge its merit. The objective of the cell is to develop a respective and accountable attitude among all the stakeholders in order to maintain a harmonious education atmosphere in the College.

The Cell will deal with grievances received in writing from the students about any of the Following matters:-
  • I. Academics Matters: Matters related to timely issue of Mark sheet, Transfer Certificate, Conduct Certificate or other examination related matters.
  • II. Financial Matters: Matters related to dues and payments for various items like admission fee, examination fee, library fee etc.
  • III. Other Matters: Matters related to sanitation, transport, Library books, victimization by teachers etc.

    • Procedure for lodging complaint: - The Students may feel free to put up grievances in writing to the Chair person (Principal) or any member (all HODs).
