GENERAL INFORMATION:
I. The students are advised to read PROSPECTUS carefully before filling up the Admission form and preserve the prospectus for future references on exam rules and other academic activities.
II. The medium of Instruction and Examination in the college is English
III. Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited. Any student found indulging in ragging will be punished as per law and as direction from honorable Supreme Court of India.
IV. The validity of University Registration period is 5(five) years at present within which a student has to complete her graduation.
V. Appearing and passing two sessional tests is mandatory to be eligible to fill up the RGU End Semester Exam form.
VI. A student has to attend at least 75% classes held to be eligible to get stipend and fill up the Exam form.
VII. Students are expected to participate in all curricular, extracurricular and extension activities when conducted in the college.
VIII. No community based organization will be allowed to work in college campus. The college shall not extent any support for such activities in the interest of the communal harmony.
IX. Collection / deduction of money for any purpose from the students other than the official transactions at cash counter are strictly prohibited.
X. Bus Service is available.
XI. Candidate should come in person for admission; no other person other than candidate will be entertained.
XII. It is mandatory for all students to attend Counseling and Orientation program conducted by the college in the month of August.
XIII. Use of Mobile phone is strictly prohibited inside the classroom and examination hall.
XIV. Students should display high moral ethics especially during examination by not indulging in any unfair means. Breach of discipline will be severely punished by the college authority.
XV. Wearing of Uniform is mandatory for all students except on Wednesday i.e. No Uniform Day.
XVI. Any genuine Grievances related to college should be first reported to the Grievances Cell of the college for redressal of the grievances. No matters related to college should be posted in social media prior to its redressal by the Grievances Cell. If any students found to be posting any matters related to college amounting to defamation of college will attract disciplinary action by Disciplinary Committee of the college to the extent of rustication student from the college.
XVII. Based on the Rajiv Gandhi University Regulations for Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) for Under graduate curriculum 2021. The new syllabus under Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) has already been introduced in the college from the academic session 2021-22. Under the new system, a student has to opt for Core/major from first Semester itself. The old course system remains effective for the old students of V semester.
XVIII. It is mandatory for students to furnish a working email ID and a proper functioning whatsApp mobile Number to the College.
